The Channel Editing feature on dA has finally been fixed! I have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting for it!
I made a small error some time ago when I was setting up my channels. I like to keep track of new V fanart, so naturally I set the search keywords to V for Vendetta. Unfortunately, I neglected to put quotes around the keywords to keep them as a unit. This resulted in every deviation containing "V", "for", or "Vendetta" to come up on my search channel.
For the most part this wasn't a horrible problem... until a new deviant appeared with the letter V in her username, who happens to be a horribly narcissistic shutterbug with her camera-phone! Seriously, people, there are only so many sneering, smirking self-portraits taken in a bathroom I can look at before I start wishing for a lye eyewash.
Anyway. I finally got to fix it, and there was much rejoicing. Now I'm doing my civic duty by making fun of my mistake and passing on this (rather obvious) bit of wisdom: If you use the search function, be sure to put quotes around any specific phrases you want. Otherwise there's no telling what you'll get stuck with!
