Initially inspired by :iconpeahopeless:'s writings. I'm still working out exactly what's happening/happened here.

Oh yeah! Dark and dangerous, pt 2! Love it how his whole pose is threatening... even before one notices what exactly drips from the blade!

'Tis a knife, dripping blood. And I wouldn't want to meet V when he's in this state, either! :fear:

Here's what's happening:

London, 3 am. Enter our hero, who is currently stalking down an alleyway with the sole intention of destroying his nemesis. We hear a horrible screeching, a thump, and a triumphant laugh. A CD player blaring Blackeyed Peas' "My Humps" lies dead in the alley. All of London cheers.

Awesome. So severe. I can just see the sadistic rage pouring off him. He's going to bust some heads.

I know what's happening - justice is being served... ;> I like the subtle difference of tone of the cloak against the wall. I love the trail of drops of blood following him just below the blade. I like the fact that it reminds me of Frank Miller's Sin City. Good work!

Well, you said he was angry. I believe it. :D I love the angles ... first thing I notice. Their symmetry and all being angled down. The hat, the cloak, the shadow, the bottom of the wall. The head leaning down, yeah, that's pissed and stalking. Blood too ... not even having taken the time to wipe it.
(Now you just need to find out who he went after. I'm intrigued by your initial theory (or at least what you were saying tonight).) :) Yeah, this could be fun. ;)

Heh... "fun" being a relative term, given that we're talking about the methodical stalking and killing of at least two people here...

No, fun watching you figure out those other details you mentioned. :D
But I'm serious, yeah I am definitely intrigued by your suggestion for the cause. Those other things around it ... that interests me too.

Yeah; this one's going to be an interesting conundrum. :-? I'm thinking all the rough drafts that I mentioned before this one had something to do with it, and this was just the clearest image.

Hm. Well, I think it started developing at around 7:00 this evening. So I guess about five hours. Which is really unusual for me - I usually take several days :dohtwo: I'd been wanting to draw something for the last few days, though... I think my brain wanted to make up for lost time. =P
